Terms of service
Draft, not yet reviewed by counsel. Last updated 2026-10-17.
Using Open for Agents
The readiness scan is free. Scan only public websites, and do not use the service to overload, probe, or attack any site. We rate limit scans and may block requests that look like abuse.
Reports
Verified findings are what we observed at the time of the scan, with evidence. Predicted findings are inferences from those observations, not observations of a real agent. Reports are information, not a guarantee: we do not promise rankings, mentions in AI answers, or traffic.
Your account and your data
You are responsible for the data you connect and publish, and you must have the right to publish it. Agents get only the capabilities you approve. Bookings and orders through Open for Agents happen only when you turn them on, within the limits you set; payments go to your own payment provider and Open for Agents never holds funds.
Listing with assistant platforms
By turning a platform on you authorize Open for Agents to list your business, its endpoints and catalog with that platform, and you confirm you are the seller of record. You can turn each platform on or off in the console at any time; turning one off stops new listing there through Open for Agents. Each platform's own terms also govern what it does with your listing.
The service
Sample businesses on Open for Agents are fictional, for demonstration and testing; orders placed with them are never fulfilled and no money moves. Open for Agents is in an early pilot and is provided as is, without warranties. Features may change and the service may be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA (placeholder until reviewed by counsel).
